The homemade sauces, in particular, were incredibly delicious and gave the dishes that special something. You can simply taste the emphasis placed on quality and flavor. On top of that, the service was very friendly and attentive. It was especially helpful for us that German was spoken – this made communication completely straightforward, and we immediately felt at ease. 🇩🇪🇫🇷 A thoroughly enjoyable visit with fantastic food, friendly people, and a pleasant atmosphere. 07/08/2026: The "Souris d'agneau" (swine shank) as a main course was a highly recommended choice – the meat was very tender, the vegetables exceptionally fresh. However, the selection of appetizers didn't impress us; the "Planche" (charcuterie platter) with meats and cheeses was served in large chunks, like something you'd find in a mountain hut, which doesn't live up to the restaurant's culinary standards. It's particularly disappointing that the wine doesn't receive the attention it deserves – the producers of the wines by the glass aren't mentioned, and the glasses are brought to the table already poured without showing the guests the specific bottle (though an exception is made for regular customers). Small bottles aren't available either, which is a real shame. There's no outdoor seating in the summer, and despite the fans, it's quite warm inside.

01/08/2026: Authentic French, delicious dishes, lovely service, top chef, and very high-quality food. A nice Rosé, served nice and cold due to the heat, and a lovely carafe of cold water. Highly recommended.

12/06/2026: The best burgers in Nantes!! The burgers are super delicious and generous. The fries are homemade with love by Maki. Mali is super friendly and jokes around with us. He even introduces us to specialties from his country, like bananas dipped in deep-fried oil! Not to mention the excellent value for money (€11 for a large, generous burger and homemade fries). I highly recommend it; it's one of the best places in Nantes!!

22/04/2026: It's truly a home-style kitchen, run by the chef and his wife, offering delicious dishes. We tried their signature dish, "lamb shank," as well as the beef dish served on skewers. Both dishes were tasty; however, at €27 each, we expected a more generous portion (especially the skewer). Furthermore, the dishes didn't come with any vegetables. Aside from that, the welcome was very warm and the service was quick.

31/07/2026: Excellent tapas in a very original and stylish setting (even if we're not fans of bullfighting, haha). We had a wonderful time as a family. The service was a little slow, but on vacation it's not a big deal because the tapas are truly delicious. A special mention for the garlic shrimp sauce – a real treat! 🤩

Philippe treated us to a delicious meal. All the guests were so happy. We had a wonderful day. I will definitely return for future events. We were absolutely delighted: the tapas were delicious! 😍 You absolutely must come here! We also bought a bottle of red wine to take away—it was truly delicious! 🍷 Everything was perfect! ❤️ We will definitely be back!

23/06/2026: Auberge de la Reine Blanche was recommended by a neighbor. The restaurant moved next door to its original location. The food was excellent. We each had the escargot as our appetizer, a duck leg quarter dish for our main course and Creme Brule for dessert. Everything was very good. The duck was one of the best dishes I had in Paris. The restaurant is not extremely touristy, which is a plus. The prices were reasonable and the portions were hearty. The atmosphere made one feel like they were in France.
