18/04/2026: Upon arrival, you immediately notice the impeccable cleanliness of the establishment: tiles, tables, bar, glasses, and even the restrooms. This is essential for us, and it's perfectly upheld here. The €21.90 set menu is very reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity offered, and the homemade fries are excellent ;) The service is well-managed: water, bread… everything is brought without even having to ask, which is very much appreciated. A few minor points for improvement, however: - The whipped cream was of rather poor quality and sold in a store-bought container. A Hugo Spritz served in a glass that wasn't quite the right size. Nothing major, just easily correctable details... Thank you to this establishment for the quality offered; I highly recommend it. 👍

10/12/2025: A wonderful family birthday meal for 13 adults and 2 children (ages 2 and 3). A warm welcome and beautifully presented plates filled with delicious, high-quality ingredients, expertly prepared.

22/05/2026: A fantastic find! This unique restaurant offers a very warm atmosphere where we had a wonderful time. The owners are always smiling and incredibly kind. The menu is short but varied, ensuring there's something for everyone. As for the dishes, they are simply delicious... A true delight! We highly recommend it.

26/05/2026: I placed a takeaway order at 1:15 pm and had to wait until 1:50 pm, in the blazing sun, to pick it up. The food is good quality, but the wait today was truly excessive. I probably would have been served much faster by simply queuing inside. It's a shame, because I brought four friends to introduce them to the restaurant. Unfortunately, this experience has made them less inclined to return.

The Aigle's superior quality comes from experience... over several generations... from Colbert-style management... from a top-notch leadership team and waiters and waitresses of immense efficiency, professionalism, and kindness... In short, when you're at Restaurant à l'Aigle, you're at the pinnacle of quality. I even propose creating a fourth Michelin star for this exceptional restaurant... I mean it... 21/05/2026: The restaurant was very clean. The presentation of the dishes, especially the starter, was excellent. However, the meat was too tough. We mentioned this, they took note immediately, apologized profusely, and offered us coffee. We will return.
