The meal was magnificent, refined, and beautifully presented—a true delight. The welcome and service were top-notch, very warm, and attentive to the customer. I recommend it without hesitation. A wonderful memory.

15/03/2026: September 2022. Nogent-le-Rotrou. Regular customer. I've noticed a decline in service. Long waits. Cooking times not respected. Cleaning is also neglected. Customers aren't babysitters. Either the restaurant needs to deal with screaming and shouting children, or the staff is incompetent in handling this problem.

08/04/2026: Absolutely lived our stay at the Grandes Rousses. The hotel was amazing, staff very helpful and the views were incredible. I’d say probably the best in the whole resort. We had a mezzanine room which was great for 3 adults and 1 child. Ski lockers are very convenient as is the standing ski lift that stops outside . We ate at both restaurants and the food was really good, as were the drinks and cocktails were so good! We loved going in the pool late afternoon for a post ski dip and again, incredible views of the resort! Can not recommend this hotel enough!

11/04/2026: A very good restaurant! We received a very warm welcome and were served by a friendly waitress, and we enjoyed our meal. We ordered two specialty pizzas (burrata and stracciatella), which were wood-fired and delicious. The dessert (panna cotta) was also delicious. Very reasonably priced! A great place to eat!

10/04/2026: The food is good. However, the owner clearly tries to overcharge customers using dishonest methods, which is very unpleasant. Any request to adjust the menu (even for something less expensive) will be heavily charged, and you won't receive any prior warning when placing your order.

09/04/2026: A very pleasant setting on the banks of the Saône with a beautiful view of Mâcon. Excellent value for money. Fine cuisine made with fresh ingredients. We will gladly return.
