26/05/2024: Very nice little restaurant located near the train station. You can eat quality pancakes, crepes and daily specials there. The meat is purchased locally and the eggs too. I recommend for a meal that is not too expensive and of very good quality 👍

03/12/2024: Certes, la terrasse au soleil un samedi midi avec vue sur les Pyrénées était déjà une aubaine mais quand nous avons goûté le plat du jour, de la seiche aux Haricots blancs nous n'en sommes pas revenus : la cuisson de la sèche parfaite, les haricots légers et parfumés sans lourdeur avec un mélange de légumes croquants parfaitement équilibré. C'était digne d'un restaurant gastronomique ( que nous nous offrons de temps en temps). Nous avions demandé une salade simple pour accompagner et cela a aussi été un festival pour le palet de la sauce (bien maîtrisée) au choix des légumes. Des fromages de belle qualité également au dessert avec un pain de campagne à la hauteur. Une belle surprise et surtout un chef à suivre !

28/08/2024: The VB is one of the places I cherish most in Paris. If I had to choose one word to define it, it would without hesitation: generosity. The VB is a neighborhood bar, the kind of place that becomes a landmark for locals. We celebrate our joys there, we share our disappointments, and often, we remake the world around its round tables. We have this reassuring impression that the VB is always open, always ready to welcome us with a table just for us. It was the first place I went to in the neighborhood, right after I moved. After dropping off my last box, exhausted and thirsty in this hot month of September, I needed to cool off. I went there by chance, and ordered a glass of coke. It was served to me with a small ramekin filled with peanuts, olives, fries, and above all, with a big smile. This moment remains my first memory of VB. Since then, I have accumulated many more. And to top it off, they serve Casanis.

06/08/2024: Always crowded and we know why: the atmosphere is great, there is room, the service is fast and the beers are excellent. We always have a good time in Belleville and even better when it's in this bar
