12/04/2026: Very good restaurant, but disappointed that our complaints about the vinaigrette being far too strong in mustard were ignored—a problem all customers agree on. They should listen to us. It's simply a matter of learning to measure the mustard properly so it's edible and doesn't overpower our noses!

16/02/2026: The cashier at the counter clearly showed dislike for Asian customers through their gaze and contemptuous behavior. It wasn't just about us being customers; their attitude was clearly prejudiced against fellow Asians, showing they didn't welcome us.

29/03/2026: Today, during a short stop in Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne, we stopped to eat at this small restaurant. We received a very warm welcome, the lasagne was excellent, and the mini dessert was a very nice idea.

25/03/2026: A restaurant with fresh, subtle, and delicious dishes. The langoustine tartare with pistachio and the grilled octopus with chorizo ​​sauce really caught my eye! A great find in the Rungis wholesale market! Impeccable service 👌

19/12/2025: A mixed experience! The menu was enticing, and the dishes were quite good overall. Special mention for the scallops! However, several drawbacks: - Three of the parking tickets didn't work; we had to pay out of pocket. - The new waitress made mistakes on more than half of the dishes. And the worst part, intolerable in 2025, is allowing customers to smoke indoors. Eating, when you're a non-smoker, and smelling other people's tobacco is unbearable!

05/05/2026: Excellent option in Orleans. The lunch menu is very good and affordable (formule midi) at 22 euros on May 26th. Delicious dishes. It includes a starter, main course, and dessert.

03/05/2026: Excellent traditional cuisine. Warm welcome. I recommend booking as it's small inside and very busy on a Friday night...

23/04/2026: No table service. A shame for such a magical place. Great atmosphere in the evenings... Karaoke every other Friday... DJ nights on Saturday evenings...

21/04/2026: No complaints about the drinks. However, the waiter deserves a lot of credit; he was the only one serving and handling the platters while the owner (or a waitress) was busy arranging a few packs of cigarettes despite the long line at the bar. Astounding.

19/02/2026: Another excellent meal tonight, and as usual, the service was superb, with a smile and a warm welcome. As always, we enjoyed mussels marinière with fries, chicken nuggets with fries, and ribeye steak with morel sauce as a family – what a delight! It was a truly enjoyable experience. The only restaurant where we felt so comfortable, so at ease, a bit like being with family, and where the children weren't a bother. Thank you for all these wonderful moments. What a disappointment to know you're closing this weekend! Perhaps we'll meet again at another Annecy establishment, who knows! All the best to the team!! 💪🏻

14/02/2026: We tried Key West again after several years away, and frankly, it's still just as mediocre. The mussels were bland, the fries definitely tasted frozen… and all that for a price that's way too high. It's not inedible, but it's definitely not up to the standard of dining experience you expect, especially with the interminable wait.

30/04/2026: Great welcome, helpful staff. I ordered takeout, but I was very disappointed once I got home: the lamb seemed to be beef, with very questionable meat quality. The pieces were strange and unappetizing. After having doubts about the food, I opened my beer (a Desperados) and the smell seemed off, as if it had gone bad. Upon closer inspection, the label on the back of the bottle also appeared damaged or scratched. Being in the food industry, this particularly struck me as odd. Personally, I won't be going back. It's a shame, especially for someone who truly loves authentic Indian cuisine—this place feels more like a tourist trap. AVOID

22/03/2026: Sorry, but this was my first time ordering a three-meat couscous takeout. We were very disappointed: the container (poke bowl style) contained three-quarters semolina, three mini kefta meatballs, half a merguez sausage, and a piece of chicken, all mixed together with very few vegetables. There was very little broth, so the semolina on top was soggy and the bottom was dry. I've never seen couscous takeout like this! It's always two separate containers: semolina and vegetables, meat, and a generous amount of broth, especially considering the poke bowl is €20. On VO, there's a couscous takeout that's served very generously in two containers and is incredibly good (homemade harissa), and there's always leftovers for the next day... At Shérazade, it's probably better and more generous to eat in (for the same price), but I don't recommend the takeout; it tastes bland, lacking spices and snem (a type of Moroccan pasta), and there are lots of chickpeas and few vegetables. We're sorry, but we're disappointed to have been disappointed. Also, please read your feedback to improve your service, because it's the artificial intelligence that does the work...personalize your responses. Sincerely
