18/03/2026: Despite the bartender's disparaging remarks about the slow mobility of an elderly person with a disability (suggesting next time she should come with wheels, and ranting, in shorts behind the bar, that it delayed his run and he should already be back), we had a very good meal. The presentation was excellent, the foie gras perfect, the duck cooked to perfection, and let's not forget the delicious calf's head. The service was quick and efficient, provided by Anne, our waitress, who was attentive and genuinely kind. I'm keeping the bill high, considering that management shouldn't have to suffer the consequences of its employees' actions. A lovely setting in front of the cathedral. I recommend this establishment.

14/03/2026: A sure bet in Saint-Dié! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was impeccable: a warm welcome and perfect service. The dishes are of high quality with excellent value for money. Special mention for the pace of service, neither too slow nor too fast. I highly recommend it!

09/05/2026: Lunch with friends this Saturday was a wonderful discovery! We ate exceptionally well; the beef cheeks were simply divine!! The atmosphere was friendly, both with the owners and the staff. The team was very welcoming, smiling, attentive, and genuinely enjoyed sharing their food! We highly recommend it; a must-visit when you're in Aurillac!! Thank you for this lovely time together, The Périgord and Cantal locals 😉

29/04/2026: 🐰 After an escape room experience, I discovered this charming little Thai restaurant – a real change of scenery! A great menu that makes you want to try lots of different things! The starter was a delightful and refreshing discovery: the salmon tartare. The main course was also well-prepared. Full of flavor, and the chicken was tender. Regarding the portion sizes, you definitely need to order a starter or dessert, otherwise the main course itself would be a bit small, I think. A nice bonus is that you can adjust the amount of chili if you like, which is great for those who love it 😋. The decor was very pleasant and clean, and the staff were also friendly and polite. APE 🐱

26/04/2026: A legendary restaurant, open for decades on a street corner in a house with a terrace on the ground floor and another upstairs. The food is very good and beautifully presented. A minor drawback was the quality of the chicken, which was a bit bland, but the flavors were there. The service was excellent and efficient.

04/04/2026: Lunch at 2 PM. No one was in the restaurant. We thought we'd have a quiet lunch, but no, one of the waitresses, probably on her break, was talking on her phone very loudly and even put it on speakerphone without any regard for the other customers. We had to ask her to speak more quietly. No luck. The meal was very, very average. As was the service. I won't be going back.

05/05/2026: We ate there on the evening of May 1st. A wonderful discovery... Fresh, high-quality ingredients. Our compliments to the chef and his team for the seamless service with no waiting and the flavorful, expertly prepared cuisine. The service was impeccable, the staff were smiling, welcoming, responsive, and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy fish, and even for the meat, which was very tender.
