When you go to Paris, you can't help but admire the works of art around the city, but when it comes to the cuisine, designed by Jacques Faussat, you actually find yourself tasting masterpieces that wouldn't look out of place hanging on the walls of the Louvre. A simple place that makes you feel at home, but in reality, behind it is a meticulous attention to every object, from the furnishings and colors to the tableware, creating unparalleled harmony and refinement. The most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in a restaurant, from a trattoria to a Michelin-starred restaurant, you'd never want to leave... The delicious dishes, with the raw ingredients transformed harmoniously, without overpowering the individual flavors of each dish. Daring combinations in thought, but in reality, an extraordinary delicacy. Jacques Faussat? A humble, convivial man, smiling with his eyes before his lips, he leads his team without neglecting the guests, welcoming or greeting them personally and discussing the culinary offerings. 04/02/2026: Generous and varied dishes. Very good. A rather relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The waitress was very friendly and professional. Admittedly, it was a bit noisy at first because it was busy, but you get used to it quickly. For a first time, it was enjoyable. A meal with friends that went very well. Thank you to the team.

13/03/2026: Stopped in for lunch and pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meat. The waiters were super friendly.

21/02/2026: This restaurant offers very good quality cuisine. Two drawbacks: damaged and sometimes sticky tables, and above all, a major problem with the staff who are unable to tell you what's in the gourmet coffee and refuse to ask! Their only response is: "It changes every day." Okay, but what if I don't like it, or if I have allergies? They don't care!

10/03/2026: The restaurant is very good, however the wine prices are outrageous, I think they're five times higher! It's a real shame, you feel ripped off.

21/03/2026: An excellent restaurant where I truly enjoyed the food. However, the initial welcome was a bit cold, but warmer later on, I think from the owners. Perhaps it was my appearance that didn't sit well with them. I practically live in a suit! I might occasionally wear jogging bottoms for lunch when I'm off work...

15/03/2026: We celebrated a birthday with a lunch for six. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service. The dining room is understated yet cozy, the atmosphere relaxed. We opted for the Wauthier set menu, which offered excellent value for money. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. We all left delighted and satisfied. A truly wonderful experience and a successful birthday lunch.

01/04/2026: Eating there right now, group of 90 ppl (school kids) and I have to say it is superb. Pizza was fantastic, service very good considering the numbers. Everone has enjoyed themselves. Will definately comd back if the opportunity arises.

24/03/2026: A very good restaurant at the resort; we had truffle fondue, the meat of the day, and pork ribs. Each dish was excellent, with a flavorful sauce. The waitress was very friendly. A better overall rating would be well deserved!

03/03/2026: Amazing value for money for the area in 2026. Yes, the portions aren't huge and the dessert can be quite simple, but it's good and at that price, you can't complain. The only slight downside is the service, which isn't always very pleasant (the way they answer is a bit abrupt, they sometimes make minor complaints, and you can get the impression you're bothering them).

10/12/2025: The service was fine, but we were disappointed by the dishes, which weren't generous enough for our liking and were a bit expensive.

08/03/2026: Good restaurant, however, I was a little disappointed by the egg starter as the white wasn't cooked enough. The rest was good. The price of coffee is far too high compared to all the other restaurants in Bergerac.

25/01/2026: Incredible! I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it. The food was amazing. My partner and I went and ordered a bowl and some tacos, and they were incredible. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the wait time was really short. If I'm ever back in this area, I'll definitely come back. Thanks so much, guys!

18/03/2026: The thing that stood out to us was how brilliant the staff here are - so welcoming, lovely and attentive. I think the owner was also going around, checking on guests and just being a fantastic host. The food was delicious - we ordered a pizza and a burger. The only thing we'd say would be to have a little less cheese on the pizza and more seasoning on the burger. We also ordered a waffle and ice cream for desert, which were homemade and super tasty. They're clear about where their ingredients come from too. Highly recommend and I think we'll be back - thank you!

23/06/2025: Had a nice meal on the terrace among the French. There was a DJ playing music, probably because it was the weekend. The food was good, the service could have been faster. Not expensive.
