28/10/2026: We travel a lot; in just the last four days, we've been to seven restaurants. Here are our comments: The staff isn't friendly; it seems like they're not happy to be working. I ordered a chanterelle and snail casserole for €18. There were three snails, and I counted them. The chocolate mousse was served in a thick, double-bottomed bowl. It looks like a huge portion, but it's actually exactly two spoonfuls of mousse. The main course was beef cheek. It was okay, but the portion was too small, and the vegetables were overcooked. In conclusion, €110 for two people. There are much better, cheaper, and more pleasant places in the area.

25/09/2026: A very warm welcome and helpful advice from the young woman. We ordered four pizzas and they were a real treat—the recipes were truly unique. And don't even get me started on the chocolate desserts, which were absolutely divine. A huge thank you! We were in Vichy for a few days. We'll definitely be back to enjoy the pizzas again.

21/10/2026: A great place in Colmar! The atmosphere is lovely and beautifully decorated – perfect for a great meal! The food is excellent. The main courses and starters are superb and generously portioned. The seasoning is almost perfect. The homemade fries cooked in duck fat are fantastic ❤️. The desserts are less impressive, but still decent and seem homemade. The prices are a bit high, but given the quality of the food, it's well justified! Bonus: an excellent wine list!

24/08/2026: The boulangerie is located in a former gas station building. Fantastically designed. Excellent quality products at reasonable prices. Very good coffee. There's even a baguette machine! I highly recommend it.

24/08/2026: Before stopping there on my holiday trip, I had read the reviews and I don't regret my stop. The bread and pastries I bought lived up to the positive reviews, and the man who served us was very friendly.

24/04/2026: It took an hour to be served, and they gave me a different galette than the one I ordered: not a single discount on the bill. The galette was very greasy. I'm struggling to understand the Google rating.

24/04/2026: And yes, it's the end of an era. We've been eating at La Galettière for 39 years. One of the first customers in 1987 and one of the last to celebrate its closing last Saturday. The best crêperie, I've never found better anywhere else. Very family-oriented. Philippe has always been the same, all these years. Professional, helpful, smiling, friendly, and what more can I say... He introduced me to so many people in the professional world. Over the years, a true friendship developed.
