21/06/2026: A galette restaurant not far from the center of Tours. The galettes are gluten-free (made with buckwheat flour), and you can also order a crêpe with galette dough for dessert. It's a small, quiet place with good service. I was there in 2023 and really enjoyed it, so I returned in 2026. This time it was incredibly hot, and it was great that they had air conditioning, as other places in Tours didn't, and there it was a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius!

19/08/2026: The coffee is good, the waiter is friendly but dishonest: two days apart I paid €6.10 and €8.00 for exactly the same cup of coffee.

11/10/2026: A charming neighborhood bistro, a must-visit on Place Monge. Good coffee. The owner and servers are friendly and welcoming. Good atmosphere (except for the owner's daughter, who threw coins roughly on the counter and pretended not to understand the customers' astonishment).

10/10/2026: Excellent restaurant in Chaville, well located with a lovely shaded terrace. The food is excellent and reasonably priced (around €18.50 per person on average), but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was also very good.

09/10/2026: We'll need to make an effort regarding the quantity of McFlurries.

30/09/2026: A 35-minute wait for 5 ice creams! Luckily I didn't order a full meal. And during that 35-minute wait, at least 10 people came back with order errors: missing items, wrong orders. Terrible management. And yet there were many of them, but they were disorganized. Never again! 😡

26/08/2026: Hello, I'm writing because your cashier has behaved strangely several times. I don't know if it's because I wear a headscarf or what, but she should stop giving me dirty looks and looking up when I speak. She's a brunette with a ponytail.

26/08/2026: We usually shop at this store where it's located and have never had any problems before. But this time everything was different. We were pressured into buying something that wasn't part of the basic package, and the other saleswoman was incredibly rude to our 4-year-old daughter. It's a shame that these saleswomen have tarnished our previous impression; we won't be going back. Perhaps a change of staff should be considered. 😡

13/10/2026: I ate a pizza that was supposed to be cooked that same day, tell me why. I was sick, so I have doubts about the freshness of the product sold... So be careful.

12/10/2026: A beautiful restaurant with a charming Alsatian setting. Thank you to the very friendly and helpful waiter for the second helping of butter, as well as the rest of the team. As for the food, the value for money is excellent. A minor point, however, was the skate, which was a little bland for our taste, but this is a small detail considering the overall experience. The bar in front of the restaurant is also worth a visit: the cocktails are very good, and thank you for the recommendation of the young Gewurztraminer – a great discovery!

14/09/2026: Nice food, but atrocious service. We came for an anniversary meal, we were sat in a nice area with good ambience. Then the problems started. We were given a menu and brought some water, we then waited 40 minutes and had to ask twice before someone came to take our order and bring a wine list. We finally got wine and ordered food 55 minutes in. We were then served amuse bouche where one was meat which we couldn't eat as no one had asked about our dietary requirements. The other two were nice, the crab one especially. Entré arrived 1hr 10mins, langoustine carpaccio, which was nice, but maybe a little small. Mains arrived about half an hour later and whilst they were nice, they were a bit cold suggesting they had sat for a while before being brought out. Monkfish tail and cod dishes were tasty, but the temperature did detract from them. After finishing, we were asked if we'd like dessert, which we said yes to. 40 minutes later no dessert menu. We decided to cut our losses and ask for the bill, this took two attempts. We were brought some end of meal petit four, which normally would have been great with coffee, but this was clearly a realisation that something had gone very wrong. It took 2hrs 40 mins for 2 courses. We had 5 different waiters and a combination of slow and cold food. Service gets 1 star instead of 0 because there was a young lad who was most likely a stagiaire and doing his best despite being surrounded by chaos. Ultimately, this was a meal ruined by poor service. The food would have been nice, but it'll never work if it's late and cold.

19/09/2026: A simple French restaurant, more suited to locals than tourists, serving fresh, homemade food, expertly prepared, with good service and very reasonable prices (Saturday set menu €17 without drinks in September 2026). Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

20/09/2026: A nice place, excellent service! However, a slight disappointment with the food. The dish was quite heavy (very greasy). The flavors were overwhelmed (traditional without any twist, no surprises). It's a shame because the idea is good. The menu needs updating. For me, it's a menu from another era in a nice, modern setting. I'm looking forward to trying the new menu.

05/10/2026: A paella prepared masterfully by François. A perfect birthday cake and his homemade terrine was to die for. All this served with a smile and good cheer. Don't hesitate, this inn is worth the detour. Unbeatable value for money. Thank you to François and Bernadette! 💪👍🥳

30/09/2026: The restaurant is truly lovely, the food is absolutely perfect and well-prepared. The service is incredible, especially the welcome. The waiter, Massy, ​​is fantastic—polite, friendly, and patient in taking orders and serving the dishes quickly. The barista, Frank, is brilliant; every drink is perfectly poured, and the attention to detail makes for an exceptional experience. The dishes are amazing, the restaurant is clean, welcoming, and charming, and every time I come, it's a new and very pleasant experience. I highly recommend you come and have a great time, just like I do. Honestly, it's the best restaurant in the 78 (Yvelines department).

10/10/2026: The establishment needs to manage its clientele better. It's unacceptable to allow 100 to 200 people to crowd the street, block the passage, and make noise all night. I will report the situation to the town hall.
