01/08/2026: At the corner of Rue Haxo and Rue Henri Dubouillon, there's a wood-fired pizzeria with a classic selection of generously sized pizzas. I opted for the Parmigiana (tomato sauce, eggplant, mozzarella, oregano, ham). The crust was soft, with slightly charred edges, typical of wood-fired cooking. However, the flavor lacked the burst of high-quality ingredients that I expected. I found the pizza bland. Furthermore, the ham was poultry, not pork, which obviously didn't give it the same taste. It's a shame you can't choose pork ham. The service was quick, the welcome was warm, and the location was quiet with an outdoor terrace.

21/07/2026: A truly wonderful experience on the small terrace in front of the restaurant. Impeccable service and attention to detail after booking for five people. We indulged in the cordon bleu and a Waedele (a type of fried pastry), and it was simply incredible in both quality and quantity—absolutely top-notch. So why four stars? A slight disappointment with the desserts: profiteroles where the ice cream was twice the size of the choux pastry, and a chocolate fondant that wasn't very gooey. The price is a bit high (over €50 per person, but it's Strasbourg), with, for example, a €2 supplement for cream sauce. It's a beautiful, well-located, and high-quality restaurant with a decor that transports you to another era.

15/08/2026: We arrived a little late to eat, which was a shame because the restaurant menu was very good. We had a drink, and even our dog got her bowl of water, which a young man brought her. 👍😍

10/08/2026: It's always a pleasure to have lunch at La Source restaurant. We're from Toulouse and every time we visit the region, we come to La Source for lunch; the tables facing the sea are very pleasant.

22/08/2026: A last-minute welcome, and we were lucky to get a table for four without having booked. A restaurant off the beaten tourist track, just the kind we look for and love. Simple but incredibly delicious cuisine, as everything is homemade, from the main course to the desserts. The children loved it. A restaurant apparently frequented by locals, as everyone who entered the dining room seemed to know each other. A sure sign that the food and service are highly recommended. Thank you, Isabelle and David (and thank you to the postman for mentioning their names to the other diners). It's worth taking a 5-minute detour from the center for this delicious meal. But REMEMBER TO BOOK!

19/08/2026: A perfect meal from start to finish! We came for lunch with a couple of friends and the welcome was very warm; we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Every dish was excellent; you can tell everything is made with care. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back.
